HTC-White fusible non-woven interfacing. 100% polyester 3 yards x 15 wide machine washable. Provides light to moderate support in detail areas such as collars cuffs waistbands pockets and facings. Suitable for a variety of blouse and dress weight fabrics and as a lightweight stabilizer for general craft applications. The economical choice for reinforcing paper patterns. Fuse (using little or no steam) then use patterns over and over again!
