You will need:
8 oz. wide egg noodles (before cooking)
1 stick butter
1 lb cottage cheese
8 oz . Cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
2 tbs. Frozen orange juice (optional)
2 tps vanilla
1 cup sugar
6 or 7 eggs ( Koogle becomes more custardy with extra eggs)
1 cup raisins

-Cook noodles al dente and thoroughly strain (you may want to add some oil to cooking water to keep noodles from sticking together).

-Cream butter

-Mix in cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, orange juice, vanilla, and sugar.  Mix until well combined.

-Mix in eggs.

-Add noodles (Try to separate them as much as possible).

- Mix in raisins.

- Pour into baking pan (9" x 13")

- Let set in refrigerator for an hour or more.

- Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.  Top should be gold brown when done.

Serve either warm or cold as part of a meal or enjoy as dessert!
