How Scribbleshop.com collects information and how it is used.
We collect and combine personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information through a variety of sources. Personally identifiable information is collected when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey and fill out a form. Marketing partners may provide us with information about you from third party marketing partners containing consumer data to manage on their behalf, including but not limited to your IP address, e-mail address, first name, last name, mailing address, and telephone number. Certain types of information about you may be automatically received through the data sources listed above.
Your Internet Protocol or "IP" address, date/time stamp, browser type, and referring URL are collected through our web server applications. To enable us to track the completion of transactions with our advertisers, we may use pixel tracking, the source information for those transactions, and your IP address, date/time stamp, browser type, and referring URL.
If you are applying for tax exempt status, certain information including your taxpayer identification number may be required for government forms (W-9 or 1099.) We will not transfer or sell the information, or use it for marketing purposes.

How Scribble Shop uses your information

We are always striving to improve Scribbleshop.com based on the information and comments we receive from you. Customer service correspondence is not retained by us.

How you can submit crafts to be featured on Scribble Shop tutorials
Scribble Shop welcomes any submissions for craft tutorials and/or videos. We ask that you submit any such requests on our “Contact Us” page. If your submission is accepted, we would be happy to link back to your blog/website.
How craft submissions will be used
Any e-mails, notes, message/bulletin board/forum postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other material submitted to Scribbleshop.com by its visitors and/or customers will become the property of Scribble Town, free to be used or published without explicit or implicit consent from the submitter at any time. Scribble Town shall be entitled, consistent with our policies regarding privacy, to use the material or any of its elements for any type of use, for any length of time, including in any media whether now known or hereafter devised. When you submit material to Scribbleshop.com, you agree that Scribble Town has the right to publish or otherwise use the material in whole or in part or any of its elements for any type of use, including but not limited to promotional and advertising purposes.
How Scribbleshop.com complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
Scribbleshop.com is committed to carefully protecting the privacy of children. Our intention is to fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 under the COPPA Guidelines.
