Frequently Asked Questions

  • To enable us to deliver your order as soon as possible will process your order for delivery as soon as it is received. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. 
  • Once your package has left our warehouse you will be able to track your package by viewing “My Order” page. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become available.
  • will ship all products that we have in stock at the time your order is being processed at our warehouse. Only in stock items will ship and out of stock items will not be backordered. You will not be charged for these out of stock items. 
  • If an item is out of stock at the time our warehouse ships your order, the out of stock item will not be shipped and will be cancelled off your order. 
  • If you are unsure if your order was shipped complete, please check your order summary in “My Account” to confirm that all items were shipped in the same package. There will be a tracking number next to each item. It is possible that your order may have shipped in multiple cartons. If the item says pending it means that it has not left our warehouse.
  • We take the utmost care with the picking, packing, and shipping of your order.  From time to time, a mistake can happen. If you think we have made a mistake on your order, email or call us with the problem, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and details to enable you to return the product.
  • If you suspect that the product you ordered from us is damaged, please do not accept delivery. Please return it to us by crossing out your delivery address and writing, in big letters, "RTS" (Return To Sender). Contact us and let us know what happened.  We will have a replacement item sent to you once the damaged item is received by us.

    If, you have accepted delivery and discovered that your product is broken or defective, please “Contact Us” about the problem. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number that you will place on the outside of the carton and detailed instructions for returning the product. We will send you a replacement once the damaged item is received by us. Please do not return any products to us without obtaining a Return Authorization number first. It may be rejected and you could forfeit your right to any legitimate claims you may have.

  • We will accept back any item that is in an unopened package and in original condition within 30 for a full refund or replacement (if available).
  • Please see our “Return Policy” in our “Terms and Conditions” to learn how to get a defective product replaced.
  • We understand that many products may look alike and may even have very similar names or do exactly the same things.   • No, at the moment we do not ship internationally.  We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

  • Your order can take up to 2 to 3 business days to leave our warehouse. Standard delivery times are normally between 5-10 business days after your order has left our warehouse.  Some deliveries can take more than a week depending on your where the package is being shipped to. If you are waiting for your order longer than 10 days, please “Contact Us.”
  • We make every effort for the image on to match the color of the actual products.  We are not able to guarantee color precision of products on different browsers and mobile devices. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

  • No, all of our Scribble Shop merchandise we advertise and distribute solely through the Scribble Shop website. Everything we have available for purchase will be on our site, so you don’t ever have to leave your house!

  • Once you have found a product you want, add it to your shopping cart. When you are ready to purchase the items you selected, click “Check Out
  • Once you are satisfied with the contents of your Scribble Shop shopping cart, click “Check Out” to initiate your purchase. You will be prompted to double-check your shopping cart, enter your shipping and billing information, and provide your credit card information.  Once your purchase has been authorized, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • No, we do not accept Paypal at this time nor do we accept checks as payment for orders.
  • We charge a sales tax, or “use tax,” for residents of the state of New Jersey. You may place your order on our Site at any time, however is not responsible for discrepancies on orders placed during any planned or unplanned periodic downtime.
  • Yes. If an item is subject to sales tax, we apply that tax to the order after factoring costs of shipping and handling into your order.
  • Just like any of our other wonderful products! The price reduction will be applied and displayed on the product’s description page. Simply click on “Add to Cart,” and continue shopping! You will be charged the reduced “Sale” price for your order.
  • Yes! If you have a Scribble Shop promotional code and are checking out, simply enter the promotional code in the “Discount Code” box on the “Payment” page.
  • Yes, we offer product discounts for wholesalers and teachers! To receive discounts on as a wholesaler or teacher please “Contact Us.” Upon confirmation of your eligibility, we will notify you about the offers available to purchase in bulk at a reduced rate. Shipping and handling expenses will still apply to discounted items.
  • Shipping rates are determined by the price amount of your order.
  • Once your order has been approved and processed, we will send you a confirmation email.  You can click on “My Account” view your tracking number.
  • Yes, for an additional fee we offer 2 day express shipping. Shipments take up to two days to process before leaving our warehouse. For 2 day express, you should expect delivery to your desired location two days after leaving our warehouse.
  • No, you may not split up the contents of an order among multiple addresses. You must create a new and separate order for each distinct address you would like to ship to.
  • Please “Contact Us” for a Return Authorization Number.  You will also receive the address and instructions on how to return items.
  • To make an exchange, is able to credit you up to the amount you paid for the returned item, minus shipping and handling charges. If you wish to exchange the original item for a more expensive item, you must pay the balance, plus new shipping and handling fees for delivery of the exchanged item.

After you have entered the Captcha Code and clicked “Get New Password,” you will receive an email notifying you of your username and providing a temporary password to sign-in. Once you have sign-in using the temporary password, please click on “My Account” and then click “Change Password” to create a new personal password.

After signing in, click “My Account” to verify that we have your latest email address in our records. If not, go ahead and update your information with your current email. If you still do not receive our Newsletter emails, please “Contact Us” and one of our helpful customer service representatives will be happy to help you. It’s possible that our email server may be down or some other unforeseen problem may have occurred.
